On Andrew’s desk you will find multiple moleskin notebooks, his laptop, headphones, floorplans and a fresh brewed coffee. Every morning he gets up with his dog Remi for a walk, followed by taking a deep read through the latest hotsheet of new listings on MLS.
Andrew lives and breathes real estate, from design and build, to negotiations and transactions. To quote, “I quite literally don’t know how to stop working”. Having grown up with real estate as a popular topic at the kitchen table, Andrew understands the importance of ‘home’ like no other. He considers it an honour to sell and buy homes for his community. To be able to support and provide for his family by helping other families, individuals and couples, find their dream space is very special.
“It’s the people,” Andrew was originally driven to pursue a career in residential real estate because of the people, interactions, and relationships that drive his energy and enthusiasm for the business. The everchanging market is what keeps him moving and engaged. Kadwell regularly works alongside buyers in their journey to their first home and supports sellers in making the right choice when it comes to pricing and negotiations. All steps in the process are equally important to him.
Having graduated from Western University with a degree in Urban Development, Andrew has a unique understanding of how to analyze the market. He is also known for his ability to see the potential in any property and identify the opportunities for value creation in each house. Whether it is a luxury home in Oakville, bungalow in Burlington, or townhouse in Mississauga, he states, “there are no two properties that are the same”. Andrew’s love for architecture, landscaping and home design, also adds to his creative perspective in the home buying and selling process.
“I am focused on my clients, and what they need in a house in order to make it a home.” Since starting in the industry Andrew has had remarkable success joining Sotheby’s International Realty in 2014. He was recently appointed Senior Vice-President of Sales, a unique award in the brokerage, based on achievement of an outstanding level of sales. No matter the time of day Andrew is ready for your call and can provide the guidance you need to confidently move forward.
