Andrew Kadwell has had remarkable success since joining Sotheby’s in 2014.
Raised in a ‘real estate family’, Andrew graduated from Western University with an HBA in Urban Development. His previous experience working in both commercial real estate with Cushman Wakefield and land development at Mattamy Homes only solidified his passion for the industry.
Kadwell was driven to pursue a career in residential real estate because of the people, interactions, and relationships that drive his energy and enthusiasm for the business.
His extensive knowledge of home improvement and renovations helps him to easily visualize the potential in each property. Whether it is a pied-a-terre in Toronto, bungalow in Burlington, or farm in Flamborough, he states with zeal “there’s no two properties that are the same”.
One of Kadwell’s notable contributions to the Robertson Kadwell partnership is his fresh approach and understanding of the need to continually innovate as the market changes. He has coined the term ‘creative representation’ as a description of the service that he gives to his clients.
Your ‘quarterback in moments of crisis’, Kadwell has been described as responsive, actionable, and tenacious, ensuring that his buyers and sellers never miss out on an opportunity. His goal is to educate his clients by providing consistent market updates, as well as advice on all related matters in between transactions.
