"Straight forward and honest. Advice supported by extensive market research. A thorough understanding in the art of negotiation".
These are just some of the characteristics of the way that Nancy Robertson does real estate. They are also some of the contributing factors to Robertson’s massive success in the field. With over $300M in sales spanning markets from Toronto to Oakville to Cambridge, Robertson sits comfortably amongst the top echelon of real estate agents in Canada.
She has been recognized twice by the Oakville Chamber of Commerce at their Awards for Business Excellence, which is rather fitting given that she chose to partner with the Sotheby’s brand in part due to their ‘culture of excellence’. This culture is one that Robertson strives to deliver to each and every one of her clients. Robertson’s well-rounded approach to real estate stems from her previous fifteen years in the corporate world, additional decade as an award-winning landscape designer, and over thirty years as a community volunteer.
She still finds time to sit on the boards of the Chartwell Maple Grove Resident’s Association, as well as at the Mayor’s Community Leaders Roundtable. “This is just who I am” Robertson states, “the real estate business is a people business”. She believes in trust, community, and small gestures that go a long way. After all, “we’re not just buying and selling real estate, we’re buying and selling a piece of family”.
