Hello to all,

Welcome to our first newsletter of 2025! What a wild ride it’s been to get here. 2024 saw everything, from economic challenges and political uncertainty to interest rate fluctuations and mortgage changes.

For our family 2024 was a year of pursuing growth and new horizons. Nancy finished her building project, Joanna became a licensed real estate agent and Andrew welcomed another beautiful baby girl to the family. This past year has taught us a lot about how resilience and perseverance leads the way to growth. As a team we are centered on helping our clients achieve their goals with their real estate investments. Whether that be a real estate review to confirm that renovating is the right way to go, or a buyer consultation to help first-time buyers prepare for the journey ahead, or boots on the ground readying a home for the potential next owner. It all requires a high level of detail, communication, and expertise. This we take pride in and we strive to bring to every interaction - whether you are moving tomorrow, or 5 years down the line.

In order to keep our team and family on this path we have become obsessed with our full year calendar. Rather than look at things on a monthly or weekly basis, we are appreciating the big picture. Inspired by Jesse Itzler’s "year at a glance" concept, we are able to design our year by planning big goals, weekly to-dos and daily adventures all at once. Interested in trying it out yourself? We have created our own that you can download here, and feel free to have printed at your local print shop (2’ x 3’). Our teams' plans for 2025 include participating in even more community initiatives - keep an eye out on our socials to learn more.
